"Chori Chori" produced by Lalit Kapoor and Raju Narula, directed by Milan Lutharia as assistant of Mahesh Bhatt (better remembered for films like Sadak, Daddy, Raaz). Milan Lutharia already has a feather in a cap by giving Kacche Dhaage (Ajay Devgan, Saif Ali Khan), now gives us Chori Chori, casting Ajay Devgan & Rani Mukherjee. Chori Chori would be another performance by Ajay Devgan like Lajja & HDDCS breaking his stereotype image as action hero.

The Bottom line of the story is, Everyone falls in love, and love is Life. It makes life worth living and it is important as a ray of light in ones life.

Ranbir (Ajay Devgan) and Khushi (Rani Mukherjee) belong to the category of people who do not believe in love. For them it is not necessary to wear a sock before wearing a shoe, thus it is possible to live life without love.

Ranbir comes from Shimla and belongs to a loving family (Members of the Family are Kamini Kaushal, Kulbhushan Kharbanda etc) Ranbir is an architect who works in a firm in Delhi. Khushi is an orphan who comes from nowhere, is brought up by a group of North Indian Singers who sing during wedding ceremonies. She is carefree girl working as a Hostess in a Banquet hall in Delhi.

Suddenly in the streets of Delhi, Ranbir and Khushi meet each other. Thus starts the series of unexpected events. This sudden meeting brings about a twist in their lives, hence their life takes a sudden right turn.

Happy go lucky Khushi, always had some hidden moments locked in her heart relating to her love. Suddenly those locked secrets get unlocked and she too attempts to fall in love awaiting for her dream man and builds a palace of dream near the sea. But knock knock, time comes for good morning, and realizes that Dreams can’t be Reality and things would definitely not be the same as she dreamt off.

For Ranbir there were certain incidents, which proved to be an eye opener for him as he entered a new world, where he got strength, and could fulfill all his dreams. A person who was still now a complete stranger showed him this new world just by making him realize that There is someone who believes in you, and trusts you. Slowly the ice starts melting and a hard rock breaks.A girl changing your life and thus falling in love brings smile in your heart, that’s what now Ranbir realizes. But Dreams never remain forever, the moment you open your eyes, It Breaks.
